I purchased this HF transmitter in the fall of 2013 from Scott Mitchell KB1SEL. According to Scott, his dad (also a ham) obtained this transmitter from Dr. Ulrich Rohde N1UL at a local hamfest 20 years ago. This is one of my winter projects.
